Beginning October 16 – HEAP Appointment Line Available for Scheduling Appointments

Hocking-Athens-Perry Community Action will be scheduling appointments beginning October 16 for Winter Crisis (Emergency HEAP), a program designed to help households who are facing an emergency situation to maintain electric/gas service or provide a bulk fuel (propane, wood, coal, fuel oil, kerosene). An emergency situation is defined as having a disconnect notice on electric or natural gas, or having less than a 25% (tank) supply of bulk fuel, or less than a 10-day supply of firewood. The Winter Crisis (Emergency HEAP) program will being November 1, 2018.
