An 18 hole miniature golf course featuring hole obstacles unique to Athens County sponsors. Opening day will include free miniature golf, food and drinks, prizes and fun.

Regular hours until October 2019 will be Monday-Friday  4 pm-sunset and Saturday-Sunday  12 noon-Sunset. Equipment rental: $5/adult; $3/student; free for children under 5. Proceeds benefit those with autism or other developmental disabilities.

PIPP Plus Program

Hocking Athens Perry Community Action will continue to schedule appointments for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP Plus) program for customers of regulated utilities such as AEP and Columbia Gas. Households with a total gross income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty level may be eligible. The utility must be in the name of an adult household member.

2015 Athens County Project Keep Warm

The Child Development and Community Services Divisions at Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) have partnered with the Athens County Department of Job and Family Services for the 2015 Athens County Project Keep Warm. This program will provide a winter coat, hat, gloves, and shoes or boots to TANF-eligible children in Athens County (children 17 and under and 18 year-olds who are still in high school). The application, including income guidelines, is available at the front desk of the HAPCAP Glouster office or online at project_keep_warm_application . Completed applications must be submitted to HAPCAP Glouster office by Wednesday, September 30, 2015 to qualify.
